  • Enclosure housing 3 poodle puppies does not provide enough floor space. Enclosure area is 4.0 square feet. Required square feet for all 3 puppies is 5.8 square feet.
  • Sharp point from broken wire in the far back corner of the floor, in an enclosure housing 2 Dachshund puppies.
  • Dried fecal material older, than a day, has accumulated in the openings of the floor and the wooden support. Other areas of dried fecal material, older than a day, on the floor.
