  • An adult dog and puppy in an animal carrier. The carrier does not allow adequate space for the dog to turn about freely and to walk in a normal manner.
  • One dog with severe matting over nearly its entire body. It has a minor skin lesion on top of its head that is approximately 1-2 inches in diameter. The lesion is red and moist.
