  • Mattes on another dog along face and all around the head. This dog also has mattes all along back. (November 28, 2011)
  • Another dog with eye matting with wet eye drainage. Mattes were pulling at skin around face. (November 28, 2011)

  • Close up dewclaw around and growing into foot 1/4" swollen bulb around toe where nail has grown in. Dark pink and swollen. (November 28, 2011)

  • Female #013 closeup of tilted head, no outward injury to ears/head, however she can't straighten head to normal position (November 23, 2011)
  • Female Yorkie #013 with tilted head to the left, possible inner ear or other physical issue (November 23, 2011)
  • Female Maltese #587 with green mucus and brown crust surrounding right eye (November 23, 2011)
  • Yorkie (#013) finished 10days [sic] antibiotic, reassessment by vet on this date. Possibly will continue treatment as head is still tilting, however acts more lively.
  • Maltese #007 eyes much better and hair around eyes is shaved and in better condition. Hair is stained only, there is no issue with the eyes at this time.
  • Poodle #1009 had some tarter scraped off and is on a dental plan to be done according to veterinarians suggestion with licensee.
  • Maltese #587 with much clearer eyes after attention and hair trimming
