  • Metal frame of doors has rusted. Not structurally sound and can not be cleaned and sanitized properly.
  • Galvanized panels have rust which is preventing proper cleaning and dog houses have areas where the dogs have chewed on them preventing proper cleaning and sanitizing.
  • Building metal support rail rusted out no longer structurally sound.
  • Female Basset has lost six of seven pups and does not have the body condition of the other Bassets in the kennel, protruding hip bones and sunken area along the back bone area.
  • Basset hound which has been coated in Blue Lotion Spray.
  • Fecal material causing odors and pest control problems from lack of daily cleaning.
  • Excessive fecal material, causing odors and pest problems for the kennel. Owner [sic] Dog houses have been chewed on and they can't be properly cleaned and sanitized.

  • Sharpi [sic] which has hair loss on flanks and back scabs from scratching and irritation.
